In addition, only guests listed on the booking form can stay in the property without the Owners written consent.

The lead guest needs to be 18 years or older on the day of arrival.
Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed unless acccompanied by their parent/guardian.
We are unable to accept stag and hen groups
For the convenience of all our guests, we cannot accepts pets.
Smoking is NOT allowed in any areas including the terrace.
If my housekeeper reports that the apartment smells of smoke a charge of €150 will be deducted from your security bond at the end of the rental period and will be used to pay for a deep clean on the apartment.
★We would prefer it if smokers did not make a reservation to stay in any of our apartments and we thank you for your understanding!

The keys will be found in a lock box at the property.
The code will be sent to you a few days prior to your holiday – once you have completed the guest registration process.
A full set of keys will be found in the dresser inside the property.
Please return the keys to the lock box as soon as possible.
Loss of keys will entail a loss of deposit.
Las Terrazzas
You will be met at the apartment and keys provided.
• Standard Check-in time is from 16:00
• Departure is by 10:00
At Casa Christabel y Casa Annabel you can check in any time after 16:00 as the keys will be left in the lock box.
At Las Terrazas you must check in by 22:00.
We pride ourselves on making sure the apartment is spotlessly clean for your stay.
The period between 10:00 and 16:00 is to allow our cleaners enough time to get the apartment ready for you after our previous guests have departed and are heading home.
However, for Direct Bookings as long as there are no arrivals and departures on the relevant days, we may be able to offer extended times free of charge.
We may be able to offer an early check-in or late check-out service.
• If you have a late night flight going home and wish to stay in the apartment after 10:00 it may possible to reserve the apartment for the whole day.
• Equally, if your flight arrives before 16:00 and wish to arrive early this may be possible.
However, this is obviously dependent upon other guests arrival/departure times.
You can reserve the apartment to guarantee early check-in or late checkout, although there will be a charge of approximately 50% of the standard daily rate.

You will be given our telephone numbers so that you can contact us to solve any issues that may arise with the apartment.
In addition, you will be given the contact number for our representative in Spain.
We do NOT allow pets of any kind in the apartment so if you are allergic to animals you should be ok – but we cannot guarantee it.
Our duvets, pillows and cushions are all synthetic and do NOT contain feathers.
Costs
You can page via Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.
A deposit of 25% of the rental cost is required – and that’s it, you’re booked.
The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
If you book less than six weeks prior to your arrival date you will be required to pay the full balance.
Yes – You can pay by credit or debit card via our website.
We can accept payment using PayPal as well – but you will need to contact us to do this..
You do not need an account with PayPal to do this.
Your security bond can also be paid by Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer and is due with the final balance 30 days before arrival.
Absolutely – if you want to talk to previous clients we will happily let you have some references.
If you want to be doubly sure, for convenience, you can pay using your credit or debit card via PayPal.
Our prices are based on occupancy for each apartment, and includes:-.

Yes, one set of linen and towels (including beach towels) is provided per week for each bed.
The cost is included in your rental price – but please use responsibly to be kind to the planet!
The apartments will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
We ask guests to leave the property in the same condition as when you found it.
Bins should be emptied and all rubbish taken to the recycling points.
All dishes washed and put away.
There is no additional charge for cleaning at any of our apartments.
However, any excessive cleaning required will be charged at €15 per hour.

You can either hire a car, get a taxi transfer, or take the train.
There is a taxi stand at Malaga airport – costs approximately €35 to the apartments.
I can arrange transfers from the airport to the Casa’s – prices from 20€.
Las Terrazas
Car Hire is strongly recommended.
It is possible to take a taxi from Malaga which will cost approximately €120.

Car Hire isn’t essential
– Once at the apartment it is easy to walk around the local area but beware that there is a steep hill from the beach back to the apartments; and from the apartment to the local shops.
Las Terrazas
Car Hire is essential due to the rural location.
Once at the apartment it is an easy walk to the bars and restaurants in the village.

Free Parking is on the road close the the apartment.
Las Terrazas
We have ONE free reserved space in the secure, underground car park.
Additional cars can be parked in free parking spaces outside the apartment.
There are no facilities at either Mi Jardin or Las Terrazas to charge electric cars, and for safety and insurance purposes, no charging of electric cars is allowed on the property, the road or in the underground garage.

There are a limited number of charging stations in Fuengirola and Benalmadena.
Las Terrazas
There are no charging stations in the village. The nearest charging points are in Motril.

Apartment Facilities

We cannot offer a guarantee that it will be operational 24*7
Casa Christabel y Casa Annabel
Wi-Fi speed is 200 Mbps and is shared between the apartments.
Do not unplug the router as this will disconnect both apartments.
Las Terrazas
Wi-Fi speed is 300 Mbps and is sufficient to stream TV.
There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
Plus there is a clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.
You will find some washing tablets and softener in the kitchen.
We provide a starter pack – enough for at least a couple of days to give you time to go out to the supermarket.
There will be 2 toilet rolls in each bathroom, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner, and washing up sponge.
There is also liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom.
None of our apartment are specially adapted for disabled use.

The apartments may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
There is however a slope with 3 shallow steps to allow easy access for pushchairs.
Wheelchair or mobility scooter users may have difficulty accessing the apartments due to the steps and rough nature of the path.
Las Terrazas
This is a duplex apartment with one bedroom on the main floor and the twin bedroom on the 2nd floor and is accessed via a flight of stairs.
There is:
• Wheelchair/scooter access from the car park and main entrance via the lift to the main floor.
• Smooth, flat floors throughout.
However:
• Whilst the external door will allow access for wheelchairs or mobility scooters, the internal doors are only standard width.
• There are no grab rails in the shower or over the bath.
• The ensuite bathroom is on the main floor – this has a bath.
• The main family bathroom with walk-in shower is on the second floor.
Please book well in advance of your holiday to ensure that it is set up for you by our housekeeper.
Local Facilities
There is a children’s play area and swimming pool.
There is also a Gym at las Terrazas.
Golf courses are a 15 minutes drive from both Mi Jardin and Las Terrazas.
Our property has a comprehensive electronic guidebook.

There is a small Carrefour express supermarket and several bars/restaurants about a 20 minute walk uphill.
There is an Aldi supermarket which is a further 5 minute walk.
These are around 5 minutes by car and around 5€ in an Uber taxi.
Las Terrazas
There are shops and bars in the village of Velez de Benaudalla.
There are also several small supermarkets in the village – but the nearest large supermarket is in Motril – which is a 15 minute drive.
The local supermarkets close at 9pm most evenings and are only open Monday – Saturday.
In general even large supermarkets do not open on Sunday.
